Insulation installer wanted in Rhondda Cynon Taf

We are recruiting: we are hiring an insulation installer in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. Day-to-day duties: • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. £3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
