Join our team: we are hiring a presser in Saratoga County, New York. What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Day to day you will sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
