Scullery hand — Wamako

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Wamako, Sokoto State. The job is at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
