On a typical shift you will fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • A good head for heights for tower crane work Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
