Cook — Idemili South

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Idemili South, Anambra State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Six days a week, one day off.
