Vacancy available: argon welder (Louisiana)

Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welder in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. You should have: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height You will run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift.
