Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Deuel County, South Dakota. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
