Great opportunity: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Waseca County, Minnesota. You will be based at a commercial fleet workshop. The role involves mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates. Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
