Join our team: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Grant County, North Dakota. You will work on a structural steel site. You will load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
