Immediate opening: cnc lathe setter (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Wolfe County, Kentucky. You will work at a busy machine shop. Requirements: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Day-to-day duties: • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
