Urgent requirement: fabrication workshop technician (Borno State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Bayo, Borno State. You will work at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely On the job you will handle: • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it Six days a week, one day off.
