Vacancy available: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Karim Lamido, Taraba State. On the job you will handle: • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application Requirements: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Able to read construction drawings and specifications At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
