Skimming plasterer • Elliott County, Kentucky

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a skimming plasterer in Elliott County, Kentucky. Requirements: • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites The role involves apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; check walls for plumb and level as you go; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
