Precision welder wanted in Burleigh County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a precision welder in Burleigh County, North Dakota. You will be based in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. Day-to-day duties: • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle Requirements: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
