Urgent requirement: we are hiring a beldar in Dickinson County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer. You should have: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
