You should have: • Good knowledge of local roads and areas • Honest handling of cash-on-delivery money • Aadhaar / ID proof and address proof Day to day you will call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery; take the customer's OTP or signature at handover; carry the vehicle papers (RC, insurance, licence) on every run; plan the day's route to cover all drop-offs in the least time; follow traffic rules and wear the helmet at all times.
