Stitching operator wanted in Lapeer County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stitching operator in Lapeer County, Michigan. You will be based in a textile and apparel unit. Your main tasks: • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges You should have: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
