Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On a typical shift you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain.
