Immediate opening: catering cook (Louisiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Franklin Parish, Louisiana. Day-to-day duties: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time with occasional weekends.
