We are recruiting: pot washer (South Dakota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Stanley County, South Dakota. The job is in a hospital canteen. On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
