Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. On the job you will handle: • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily Requirements: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
