Vacancy available: QC inspector (North Carolina)

Now hiring: we are hiring a QC inspector in Randolph County, North Carolina. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
