Structural MIG welder wanted in Sac County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Sac County, Iowa. You will work at a steel fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc What we are looking for: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Willing to work shifts and overtime • ITI in welder trade or equivalent At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
