Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Terrell County, Georgia. You will work at a busy gas installation company. Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Driving licence for travel between sites The role involves: • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience.
