Dishwasher — Yellow Medicine County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota. The job is in a catering unit. Day to day you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Overtime paid at a premium rate.
