What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
