Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Faribault County, Minnesota. On the job you will handle: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Full-time with occasional weekends.
