Immediate opening: short order cook (West Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Braxton County, West Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
