Now hiring: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Lake County, California. You will be based on a high-rise façade. Requirements: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing You will fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
