Oven operator — Sokoto South

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Sokoto South, Sokoto State. The job is at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe 3+ years on the tools preferred. ₦10,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
