Cnc setter-operator wanted in Lapeer County

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Lapeer County, Michigan. You will work on the CNC turning shop floor. Day-to-day duties: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Full-time, day shift.
