Immediate opening: we are hiring a press machine operator in West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills On a typical shift you will load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
