Concrete shuttering carpenter — Union County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Union County, South Dakota. You will work on a residential tower site. Your main tasks: • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure Requirements: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Able to read formwork and structural drawings 3+ years on the tools preferred.
