Back-of-house cleaner — Cleburne County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Cleburne County, Arkansas. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Your main tasks: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Overtime paid at a premium rate.
