Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Cleveland County, Oklahoma. Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
