Vertical milling machine operator wanted in Socorro County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Socorro County, New Mexico. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift The role involves read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing.
