Urgent requirement: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in City of Leicester, England. Ideal candidate: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade The role involves check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges.
