Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Cambria County, Pennsylvania. On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
