We are recruiting: structural MIG welder (Rivers State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Opobo/Nkoro, Rivers State. The job is at a busy production line. You will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints. Requirements: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₦4,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
