Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools £2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
