Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Wayne County, Tennessee. The job is at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Performance bonus on top of base pay.
