Join our team: we are hiring a diesel mechanic in Forrest County, Mississippi. You will work at a tyre and exhaust shop. Ideal candidate: • Own set of hand tools • Comfortable working in inspection pits and on ramps • Good eyesight and methodical fault-finding Day-to-day duties: • Replace alternators, starter motors and batteries • Diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool • Replace clutch plates and gearbox components • Read fault codes and clear them after the repair • Carry out suspension and steering repairs At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $250 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
