Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Martin County, North Carolina. You will work at a cloud kitchen. The role involves keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
