Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Cherokee County, Texas. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Day to day you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Full-time, day shift. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
