Gantry crane operator wanted in Powell County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Powell County, Kentucky. The job is on a high-rise tower crane. Requirements: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes The role involves: • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
