You will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
