Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Mercer County, Ohio. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces The role involves: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing 6+ years on the tools preferred.
