We are recruiting: chiller technician (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a chiller technician in Mitchell County, Texas. The job is at a food processing plant. The role involves clean condenser and evaporator coils; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; fault-find control boards and defrost timers; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets. What we are looking for: • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
