Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
