Join our team: we are hiring a tile mason in Placer County, California. What we are looking for: • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts Your main tasks: • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls Part-time with flexible hours.
